Notebook 3 Years Next Business Day Onsite Service
A
technician will attend site by the end of the Next Business Day of a
case being logged with Acer. Customer must be located within 50kms of an
Authorised Service Provider. If customer is located outside of 50kms of
a Service Provider, Acer will arrange a courier to collect the notebook
from the customer and deliver it to the service centre. The Notebook
will be repaired by the end of the next business day after the Notebook
arrives at the Highpoint Service Centre. Customer is responsible for
ensuring that notebook is packaged securely for transport. The original
packaging is the most appropriate method of ensuring its safe arrival at
the service centre. Battery is only covered on the first year.
International Travellers Warranty is included in all Acer Notebooks for 1
year.

Upgrade
your warranty to 3 years Next Business Day Onsite. Purchasing the
warranty uplift is only applicable for machines that are still within
the standard warranty period. This uplift is only avaliable for
Australia.
