Uplift your warranty to 3 Years pickup and return from the standard 1year warranty. This gives you a total of 3 years on your Acer Warranty period from the purchase date. Purchasing the warranty uplift is only applicable for machines that are still within the standard warranty period. |

Service Level
|
Acer will arrange a courier to collect the faulty Notebook from the customer and deliver it to a Acer Service Centre. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the Notebook is packaged securely for transport. The original packaging is the most appropriate method of ensuring its safe arrival at the service centre, however Acer may use alternative packaging materials to send the unit back.The battery is only covered on the first year and this warranty extension does not apply to the battery. International Travellers Warranty (ITW) is included in all Acer Notebooks for 1 year. This warranty extension does not affect the ITW end-date. |
